Ayawaso North Private Schools Association maiden Municipal Mock Examination held
The Ayawaso North Private Schools Association (ANPSA) has organised a Municipal Mock Exams for 385 Candidates, from 23 private schools within the Municipal.
The Mock which started on Monday 27th June 2022 ended on Friday 1st July 2022. It was supervised by the Municipal Education directorate of the Ayawaso North Municipal Education Office.
The mock was written at five different centres within the municipal with each centre being supervised by an education officer.
Fifty (50) Assistant headteachers from all the 23 schools that participated were deployed to the five centres as invigilators for the week long exercise.
The Municipal Education Directorate will mark, grade and publish each school results in one week time.
The chairman of Ayawaso North Private Schools Association, Hon. Mr Mohammed Hadi Abdallah Badayele in an interview said, “this is the first time the municipal Mock is being organised in the Municipality and that it will help the students and teachers and even the schools to know their strength and weaknesses to prepare towards their BECE in October this year.”
He said even though the Ayawaso North Municipal Assembly and the Member of Parliament for Ayawso North are planning similar exercise before the student write their BECE, the Association will make this an annual exercise to prepare their candidates.
