  1. Be under the age of 26 on December 1st.
  2. Not have previously applied to the International Selection.
  3. Have spent no more than 10 months in France during the academic year of the selection or the preceding year.
  4. Justify at least one year of undergraduate studies awarded by a foreign university in the calendar year before the start of applications.
  5. Demonstrate at least two years of undergraduate studies in a foreign university by September 1st following admission.
  6. The Director of ENS may, in rare cases, consider applications from candidates with non-standard academic backgrounds.
